This has entrances from the upper driveway, and access to the ground floor is external – either by 15 stone steps or round the house via the sloping driveway.

The property is surrounded mainly by wood and farmland and the area around the house is ideal for cycling and walking  exploring the gentle hills or why not ....just relaxing!

On request and at the moment of booking it is possible to organise private guided tours in Assisi and Umbria, hiking and horse riding excursions

at 10 km from the house or  bicycle and vespa scooters rentals.
